REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Joseph Mwaura Mwangi (ID/13122934), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as L.R. No. Kapsaret/Kapsaret Block 1 (Yamumbi)/899, situate in Uasin Gishu County, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register thereof is lost/destroyed, and whereas all efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the land register shall be reconstructed provided that no objection has been received with that period.
