THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(No. 3 of 2012)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Elijah Kipkemei Murbii, is registered as proprietor of that piece of land known as Shawa/Gicheha Block 2/28, situated in the district of Nakuru, and whereas the Environment and Land Court at Nakuru, Case No. E7 of 2023, has decreed that the land be registered in the name of Nancy Chemutai Chemenei, to hold in trust for her behalf and on behalf of (1) Sofia Cherono Ngeno, (2) Brian Cheruiyot Ngeno, (3) Kevin Kipkoech and (4) Allan Kipkorir, whereas all efforts made to compel the registered proprietor to surrender the title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and issue it to Nancy Chemutai Chemenei, to hold in trust for her behalf and on behalf of (1) Sofia Cherono Ngeno, (2) Brian Cheruiyot Ngeno, (3) Kevin Kipkoech and (4) Allan Kipkorir, and upon registration the Title Deed issued earlier to the said Elijah Kipkemei Murbii, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
