REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Hillary Wambugu (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 17.78 hectares or thereabout, known as Nyeri/Endarasha/3240, situate in the district of Nyeri, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Nyeri in succession Cause No. 46 of 2015, has issued grant of letters intestate to Immaculate Wangari Munyanga as administrator and beneficiary, and whereas the said title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land is lost/cannot be traced, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed, and proceed with the registration of transfer by transmission documents R.L. 39 and R.L. 42 in favour of the said Immaculate Wangari Munyanga as administrator and beneficiary, and upon such registration, the land title deed issued earlier to the said Hillary Wambugu (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
