GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 634

WHEREAS Wachira Kahibia (deceased), is registered as the proprietor of all that piece of land known as Aguthi/Mung’aria/415, containing 18.6 acres or thereabout, situate in Nyeri County, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Nyeri in Succession Case No. 635 of 2012, has issued letters of administration to (1) Kimunya Kamana and (2) Joseph Mundia Kamana, as the administrators and the beneficiaries are (1) Livingstone Wakibia Wachira, (2) Leah Wanjiku Kamana, (3) Charles Wachira Kamana, (4) Kimunya Kamana, (5) Peter Njoroge Kamana, (6) Joseph Mundia Kamana, holding in trust for themselves and for (1) Annah Gathoni Wakibia, (2) John Kamathi Wachira, (3) Charles Wachira Kamana, (4) Leah Wanjiku Kamana and (5) Livingstone Wakibia Wachira, as tenants in equal shares, (1) Joseph Mundia Kamana, (2) Peter Njoroge Kamana, (3) John Kamathi Wachira and (4) Annah Gathoni Wakibia, as beneficiaries, whereas the said land title deed issued in respect of the said Piece of land is lost/cannot be traced, notice is given that after expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof provided No valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said title deed and proceed with the registration of transfer by transmission documents L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42 in favor of the said (1) Kimunya Kamana and (2) Joseph Mundia Kamana, as the administrators and the beneficiaries are (1) Livingstone Wakibia Wachira, (2) Leah Wanjiku Kamana, (3) Charles Wachira Kamana, (4) Kimunya Kamana, (5) Peter Njoroge Kamana, (6) Joseph Mundia Kamana, holding in trust for themselves and for (1) Annah Gathoni Wakibia, (2) John Kamathi Wachira, (3) Charles Wachira Kamana, (4) Leah Wanjiku Kamana and (5) Livingstone Wakibia Wachira, as tenants in equal shares, (1) Joseph Mundia Kamana, (2) Peter Njoroge Kamana, (3) John Kamathi Wachira and (4) Annah Gathoni Wakibia, as beneficiaries, and upon such registration the title deed issued earlier to the said Wachira Kahibia (deceased), shall be deemed cancelled and of no effect.
