THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Muchiri Wabui (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 1.3 acres or thereabout, known as Loc. Gacharageini/489, situate in the district of Murang’a, and whereas in the High Court of Kenya at Murang’a in Succession Cause No. 896 of 2014, has issued grant and confirmation letters to (1) Stephen Macharia Muchiri and (2) Nancy Waitherero Mwangi, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said grant document and issue land title deed to (1) Stephen Macharia Muchiri and (2) Nancy Waitherero Mwangi, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Muchiri Wabui (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
