REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Clement Karo Ng’ang’a ID/1821138), of P.O. Box 112, Maragua in the Republic of Kenya, as a personal representative of Geoffrey Nganga Kibata (deceased), as per succession No. E37 of 2023 at the Senior Resident Magistrate’s Court at Kenol, who registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 4.8 acres or thereabout, known as Loc. 7/Gakoigo/178, situate in the district of Murang’a, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land title deed issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said grant document and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Geoffrey Nganga Kibata (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
