THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Sika ole Parkesui (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land containing 1.2 hectares or thereabout, known as Cis Mara/Ilmashariani-Morijo/15, and whereas Nganga ole Parkesoi has issued procured registration of the said piece of land and proceed to subdivide the said piece of land, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Bomet in Succession Cause No. 83 of 2010, has decreed that all subsequent resultant numbers from subdivision of piece of land No Cis Mara/Ilmashariani-Morijo/15 be cancelled and title deeds issued therefrom Cis Mara/Ilmashariani-Morijo/3021, 3022, 2779, 3023, 2783, 2781, 2780, 3053, 3217, 3218, 3219, 3220, 3221, 3222, 3223,2324 and 3654 be revoked, and whereas efforts made to recover the said title deeds have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
