THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Kipngeno arap Langat (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land known as Kericho/Koitaburot/776, situate in the district of Kericho, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Kericho in Succession Cause No. 22 of 2008, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of David Kimutai Ngeno, and whereas the land title deed in respect of Kipngeno arap Langat (deceased) is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42 and issue land title deed in the name of David Kimutai Ngeno, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Kipngeno arap Langat (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
