REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Sabiano Ongo Ogweno (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as C. Kasipul/Kachieng/846, situate in the Sub-county of Rachuonyo South, and whereas in the THE KENYA GAZETTE 24th January, 2025 Senior Principal Magistrate’s Court at Oyugis in succession cause No. 383 of 2023, has issued grant in favour of Grace Atieno Aoko, and whereas the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed, and proceed with the registration of the said instrument and L.R.A. 39, and issue a land title deed to Jared Omondi Juma, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to Sabiano Ongo Ogweno (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
