THE LABOUR RELATIONS ACT

AMENDMENT

NOTICE is given to all members of Banking Insurance Finance Union- Kenya (BIFU) pursuant to section 27 (4) of the Labour Relations Act, 2007, that a notice of Amendment of the Constitution and Rules (Form I) in relation to the Union has been received. Any member who has any objection to the proposed amendments/changes to the constitution of the Union is required to submit to the Registrar in writing any such objection within twenty- one (21) days from the date hereof.
