NOTICE is given that a petition for the insolvency/liquidation of the above-named company by the High Court of Kenya at Milimani Law Courts, Nairobi, was on the 27th June, 2024, presented to the said court by Greenblade Growers Limited, c/o KN Law LLP, The Pavilion, 5th Floor, Lower Kabete Road, Westlands, P.O. Box 27547– 00100, Nairobi. THE KENYA GAZETTE 24th January, 2025 AND that the petition is directed to be heard before the High Court sitting in Nairobi, Commercial and Tax Division at 9.00 a.m. on the 29th January, 2025, and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on this said petition may give notice to the petitioner’s advocates not later than 4.00 p.m. of the afternoon before the petition is to be heard and appear at the time of the hearing in person, or by their advocate, for that purpose and a copy of the petition will be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring such copy on payment of the regulated charge for it.
