NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 18th July, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1449, in Volume DI, Folio 5/41, File No. MMXXV, by our client, Coleman Ochieng Otieno, of P.O. Box 61130, Nairobi in ther Republic of Kenya, formerly known as John Colnman Ochieng, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name John Colnman Ochieng, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Coleman Ochieng Otieno, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Coleman Ochieng Otieno only.
