NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 10th December, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. DB50, in Volume B-13, Folio 2393/21726, File No. 1637, by our client, Josphine Kendi, of P.O. Box 88350–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Josephine Kendi Mutwiri, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Josephine Kendi Mutwiri, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Josphine Kendi, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Josphine Kendi only.
