NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 13th January, 2025, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 273, in Volume D1, Folio 5/34, File No. MMXXV, by our client, Alima Ekaya (guardian), on behalf of Levi Roy Kaume Adongo (minor), of P.O. Box 4–30300, Kapsabet in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Lexie Roy Adongo, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Lexie Roy Adongo, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Levi Roy Kaume Adongo, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Levi Roy Kaume Adongo only.
