APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 77 of the Water Act, regulation 11 of the Water (Services) Regulations, 2025, and in furtherance of the mandate of the County Government of Machakos, the County Executive Committee Member for Water, Irrigation, Sanitation, Environment and Climate Change appoints— Benson Itwiku Mbai Stephen Nduu Mwinzi Justus Katumo Mutweia Maureen Bosibori Ogega Jackson Musyoki Kyalo Nthenya Nzoma Kelvin Mumo Kitae Peter Njuguna Kariuki James Nzyoki Wambua to be members of the Board of Directors of the Machakos County Water and Sanitation Company PLC, for a period of three (3) years with effect from the date herein and shall be eligible for re- appointment for one further term of three (3) years.
