Box 27150–00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son respectively, through Messrs. D. Cheptoo & Associates, advocates, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Simeon Kiprotich Korir, late of Kilimani, Nairobi, who died at Nkoroi, Kajiado North, on 4th June, 2025. CAUSE NO. E796 OF 2025 By (1) Mary Nduta Ng’ang’a, (2) John Kung’u Ng’ang’a and (3) James Kahuria Ng’ang’a, all of P.O. Box 32409–00600, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s children, through Messers. Kago, Mburu Associates Advocates, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Ng’ang’a Kungu alias David Ng’ang’a alias David Nganga Kungu, late of Ngecha, who died at Guru Nanak Hospital in Kenya, on 21st August, 2025. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
