TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 1714 OF 1995 By (1) Anshuya Ashok Chandaria alias Ansuya Ashok Chandaria and (2) Sapna Ashok Chandaria, both of P.O. Box 48020–00620, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter and granddaughter, respectively, through Messrs. Shah & Shah, advocates, for a grant of letters of administration de bonis non with written will to the estate of Meghji Fulchand Shah, late of Nairobi, who died there on 7th April, 1995. CAUSE NO. E889 OF 2025 By Amina Mohamed Walale, of P.O. Box 73556–00200, Nairobi in Kenya, the executrix named in the deceased’s last will, through Messrs. Kinyanjui, Kirimi & Co., advocates, for a grant of probate of written will to the estate of Andrew Wanyoike alias Andrew Muiruri Wanyoike, late of Nairobi, who died at M. P. Shah Hospital in Kenya, on 7th August, 2025. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
