TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E18 OF 2025 By (1) Jacinta Wanjiru and (2) Michael Mureithi Mwangi, both of P.O. Box 871–20303, Nyahururu in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Esther Wangu Gichuru, who died in Califonia, U.S.A, on 18th March, 2024. CAUSE NO. E51 OF 2025 By Mary Wangui Mwangi, of P.O. Box 216–20319, South Kinangop in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wanjohi Githere alias Wanjohi Gathere, who died at Karangatha, on 14th November, 2024. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
