TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E116 OF 2023 By Priscillah Kahindi Ndaa, of P.O. Box 96684–80100, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased’s spouse, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Marsden Mwashighadi Mwangoo alias Silas Marsden Mwangoo alias Marsden Mwangoo Mwashighadi alias Marsden Silas Mwashighadi, who died at Kizingo, on 7th April, 2021. CAUSE NO. E148 OF 2025 By (1) Rasila Ramesh Chandra Sikotra and (2) Rajesh Ramesh Chandra Kara, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ramesh Chandra Kara Manji Sikotra, who died at Makupa, on 3rd December, 2024. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
