TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E403 OF 2025 By Israel Nyangate Omwenga, of P.O. Box 14–50400, Busia in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Phanice Omwaka, who died at Bukhayo West Sub-location, on 13th March, 2008. CAUSE NO. E452 OF 2025 By Charles Ekident Ekasiba, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Emanuel Ekasiba Omunyini, who died at Tanaka Nursing Home, on 7th March, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
