TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E294 OF 2025 By (1) Winfred Mugure Kyeti and (2) Bernard Ndiang’ui Chege, both of P.O. Box 84, Mugunda in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Elizabeth Wakarima Ndiangui alias Elizabeth Wakarima Ndiang’ui, who died at Kufu, on 10th October, 2024. CAUSE NO. E326 OF 2025 By (1) Gladys Njeri Wandia and (2) Alice Wanjira Kibwe, both of P.O. Box 118, Nyeri in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gladys Mwarania Kibui alias Mwarania Kibui, who died at Kamariki Sub-location, on 1st July, 2018. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
