TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E147 OF 2025 By (1) Clare Ann Hewitt-Stubbs, of P.O. Box 429–01100, Kajiado in Kenya and (2) Guy Spencer Elms, of P.O. Box 10719–00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the executrix and executor named in the deceased’s last will, for a grant of probate with the written will to the estate of Gillian Ann Llewelyn, who died at Nanyuki Cottage Hospital in Kenya, on 20th April, 2025. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
