TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E139 OF 2025 By (1) Nicholas Kilonzo Munee and (2) Mourice Kioli Munee, both of P.O. Box 34, Donyo Sabuk in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Beth Munee King’oo, who died at St. Matias Mulumba Hospital in Kenya, on 16th July, 2022. CAUSE NO. E297 OF 2025 By Anne Mbithe Samuel, of P.O. Box 44–90108, Machakos in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mumbua Ndunda, who died at Matahtani, on 1st July, 2025. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
