TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E267 OF 2025 By Mutele Mungala Wambua, of P.O. Box 1–90302, Kathonzweni in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mungala Wambua Mulwa, who died on 4th February, 2020. CAUSE NO. E331 OF 2025 By Musembi Muteti, of P.O. Box 19–90122, Kalamba in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Somba Kyulu, who died on 17th June, 1987. CAUSE NO. E338 OF 2025 By Josphat Kimeu Mwikya, of P.O. Box 1–90300, Makueni in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mary Mutio Mwikya, who died on 23rd December, 2003. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
