E338 OF 2025 By Everline Nabwire Egesa, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Paul Ouma Ng’ong’a, who died at Bugendi, on 16th January, 2024. CAUSE NO. E498 OF 2025 By John Okoth Akelo, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jeremiah Akelo Oguyo, who died at Nyangoma Kogelo Sub-location, on 5th June, 1992. CAUSE NO. E502 OF 2025 By Fredrick Odhiambo Ochieng, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Christopher Ochieng’ Oganga, who died at District Hospital, Siaya in Kenya, on 11th June, 2012. CAUSE NO. E528 OF 2025 By (1) Mourice Okoth Odundo and (2) Desmond Oduor Odundo, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Haggai Odundo Ongong’a, who died at Ramula Sub-location, on 24th October, 2006.
