Box 827–40400, suna in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Leonard Odero Omolo, who died at Migori County Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 12th February, 2020. CAUSE NO. E580 OF 2025 By Joseph Ngoje Odongo, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Atieno Angienda, who died on 21st December, 2024. CAUSE NO. E598 OF 2025 By Oyhwado Damianus Nyabola, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ochwado Obende Mangana alias Ochwado Obende alias Ochuando Obende Mangana alias Ochuando Obende Manira, who died at East Kanyarwanda Sub- location, on 12th February, 2001. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
