TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E28 OF 2025 By (1) Christopher Kiprotich Songok and (2) Elizabeth Jepngetich, both of P.O. Box 81–30100, Eldoret in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipsongok Kogo, who died at Kipsomba, on 19th November, 2024. CAUSE NO. E334 OF 2025 By (1) Getrude Kasaya Anusu and (2) Mercy Kaleha Anusu, both of P.O. Box 3420–30100, Elodoret in Kenya, through Messrs. Cheptinga & Co., advocates, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Edwin Kipkosgei Yator, who died at St. Lukes Hospital in Kenya, on 22nd April, 2025. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
