TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E105 OF 2024 By (1) Josephat Kazungu Karisa and (2) Mwambire Bosco Karisa, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Karisa Mbula Koi alias Karisa Mbula, who died on 11th February, 2001. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
