TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E184 OF 2025 By (1) Titus Muturi Ngigi and (2) Jane Mukami Ngigi, both of P.O. Box 71, Matathia in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mary Mwihaki Ngigi, who died at Kagaa Sub- location, on 14th December, 2024. CAUSE NO. E187 OF 2025 By Esther Gathoni, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Isabel Mugure Chege, who died at Testimony, Elgon View, on 12th April, 2010. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
