TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E77 OF 2025 By Ajiot Kabo Kamoja, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Logol Achuka alias Logol Etiogo Achuka, who died at R.S.C.H., on 30th September, 2019. CAUSE NO. E78 OF 2025 By Mary Mogore Gitau, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gitau Wachiori alias Gitau Chiuri, who died at Kapsowar Mission Hospital in Kenya, on 21st January, 2004. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
