TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E122 OF 2025 By John Muoki Muthusi, of P.O. Box 81–90131, Tala in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ndinda Muthusi, who died at Kangundo District Hospital in Kenya, on 14th December, 2021. CAUSE NO. E125 OF 2025 By (1) Lydia Wanjiru Ndege and (2) Philip Manza Wambua, both of P.O. Box 81–90131, Tala in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sebastian Wambua Manza, who died at Kithuani, Matungulu, on 1st June, 2023. CAUSE NO. E130 OF 2025 By (1) Martin Muendo Kilonzo and (2) Mulumba Mulandi Muendo, both of P.O. Box 81–90131, Tala in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Mwendo Kilonzo, who died at Kathiani Hospital in Kenya, on 19th August, 2005. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
