TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: THE KENYA GAZETTE 21st November, 2025 CAUSE NO. E126 OF 2024 By Jenifer Rose Odhiambo, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Thomas Odhiambo Odundo, who died on 6th December, 1997. CAUSE NO. E363 OF 2025 By Pamela Adhiambo Olare, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Maurice Ombwayo Obonyo alias Morris Ombwayo Obonyo, who died at Kasule East, on 1st August, 1986. CAUSE NO. E364 OF 2025 By (1) Dancun Omondi Aoko and (2) Dorothy Adhiambo Aoko, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Thomas Aoko Magaja, who died at Nightingale Medical Center, on 31st December, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
