TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E79 OF 2025 By Moses Tanui Kitty, of P.O. Box 17, Webuye in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Daniel Kitty Sichei, who died at Lwakhakha Town Council, Uganda, on 20th June, 2021. CAUSE NO. E88 OF 2025 By Daniel Martim Enarach Etyang, of P.O. Box 239, Kamuriai in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Eli Festo, who died at Onyunyur Sub-location, on 15th October, 1982. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
