TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E85 OF 2025 By Micah Jared Emeje, of P.O. Box 1, Amagoro in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Petro Emeje Kapule, who died at Kolanya Sub-location, on 11th July, 1975. CAUSE NO. E86 OF 2025 By John Barasa Imodoi, of P.O. Box 7, Amukura in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Modoi Otingino alias Modo s/o Otiangin, who died at Apokor Sub-location, on 17th December, 2004. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
