CAUSE NO. E48 OF 2025 By John Babere Mwita, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwita Magoto Mwita alias Mwita Magoto, who died on 7th May, 2006. CAUSE NO. E55 OF 2025 By (1) Michael Mwita Motatiro and (2) Motatiro Samwel Motatiro, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Motongori Mahuti Mahuti alias Motongori Mahuti, who died at Ngochoni Sub-location, on 10th December, 1983. CAUSE NO. E56 OF 2025 By Nyairabu Gasiari Wekenga, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samson Gasiari Ikenge alias Gasiari Ikenge, who died at Nyaitara Sub-location, on 17th September, 2015. CAUSE NO. E60 OF 2025 By Daniel Bugunga Sibora, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Philip Sibora Mwita, who died on 31st January, 2014.
