TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E348 OF 2025 By (1) Samson Mwangi Macharia and (2) Moses Ndungu Miringu, both of P.O. Box 1, Kandara in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Macharia Miringu, who died at Gaichanjiru C. Hospital in Kenya, on 15th August, 2022. CAUSE NO. E353 OF 2025 By Peter Mucuu Kanyita, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wambui Kanyita alias Margaret Wambui Kanyita, who died on 29th April, 2008. CAUSE NO. E354 OF 2025 By Peter Mucuu Kanyita, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gachungi Kanyita alias Gacungi Kanyita, who died at Kiiri Sub-location, on 22nd July, 1999. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
