TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E87 OF 2025 By Joseph Muthama Mutisya, of P.O. Box 22, Embu in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jonathan Mutisya Muasya alias Mutisya Muasya, who died at Embu Hospital in Kenya, on 18th April, 1984. CAUSE NO. E88 OF 2025 By David Mwaura Kinuthia, of P.O. Box 36, Karaba in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kinuthia Gachuhi, who died at Wachoro Sub-location, on 11th September, 1994. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
