TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E95 OF 2025 By (1) Mbithe Mutune, (2) Michael Mutisya Mutune and (3) James Masila Mutune, all of P.O. Box 81–90131, Tala in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and sons, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Elijah Paul Mutune alias Mutune Muindi alias Dr. Mutune Muindi alias Elija Paul Mutune, who died at Kambusu Sub-location, on 24th April, 2021. CAUSE NO. E101 OF 2025 By (1) John Muli Mutua and (2) Betrece Mbulwa Mutua, both of P.O. Box 151, Tala in Kenya, the deceased’s son and widow, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mutua Muli alias Mutua Mulli, who died at Kangundo Hospital in Kenya, on 25th October, 2003. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
