TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E93 OF 2025 By Wilfred Nyangaresi Ongaga, of P.O. Box 2–40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ongaga Nyamatari, who died at Nyaisero Sub- location, on 22nd August, 1988. CAUSE NO. E94 OF 2025 By John Omweno Tumbo, of P.O. Box 2–40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ogake Tumbo, who died at Nyaisero Sub-location, on 11th January, 2011. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
