TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E30 OF 2023 By James Onsongo Omondo, of P.O. Box 650, Keroka in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Omondo Mamwacha, who died at Bonyunyu Sub- location, on 5th May, 1974. CAUSE NO. E47 OF 2023 By Grace Nyangara Gekonge, of P.O. Box 414–40202, Keroka in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwango Otieno Kerandi, who died at Chirichiro, on 15th November, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
