TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: THE KENYA GAZETTE 21st November, 2025 CAUSE NO. E9 OF 2025 By (1) Kaswii Mukoma Senzia, (2) Joel Nzuki Mkomo, (3) Mary Kamene Mkoma and (4) James Nzau Mkoma, the deceased’s sons and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mukoma Kithoo Mathendu alias Mkoma Kithoo Mathendu alias Mukoma Kithoo Mathedu, who died at Lesesia Sub- location, on 29th August, 2015. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
