TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E20 OF 2025 By Mohamed Iqbal Hasham, of P.O. Box 11014–00400, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s widower, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Khairunisa Mohammed Idbal Mandani, who died at High Ridge, on 15th July, 2023. CAUSE NO. E98 OF 2025 By (1) Sekina Hussein Musa, (2) Fatna Hussein Musa, (3) Arafa Hussein Musa and (4) Abdul Haji Hussein, all of P.O. Box 41494– 00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s daughters and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Alhaji Hussein Musa alias Haji Hussein Musa, who died at Mombasa, on 11th October, 1991. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
