TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E115 OF 2025 By (1) Mwinyi Mohamed Jahazi and (2) Munira M. Jahazi, the deceased’s son and widow, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mohamed Mwinyimwana Jahazi, who died at Mombasa, on 12th November, 2023. CAUSE NO. E192 OF 2025 By (1) Hafeez Kaiyumali Abbasbhai anjarwala, (2) Shaffiq Kaiyumali Abbasbhai Anjarwalla and (3) Naffis Kaiyumali Anjarwalla, the executors named in the deceased’s last will, for a grant of probate to the estate of Zebunnissa Kaiyumali Anjarwalla alias Zebunissa Kaiyunali Anjarwalla alias Zebunissa Kaiyumali Anjarwalla alias Zebunissa Anjarwalla alias Zebun Kaiyumali Anjarwalla, who died at Nyali, on 10th January, 2025. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
