TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E578 OF 2025 By Meera Sharma, of P.O. Box 43209–00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the lawful attonrney of Priyanka Khanna, the executor named in the deceased’s last will, for resealing of the letters of the Office of the last will, issued by state Illinois, Circuit Court, on the twelfth Judicial Circuit will County probate on 22nd April, 2025 to the estate of Sheila Khanna , late of Will County, Naperville, who died at 4052, Teak Circle, on 12th December, 2024. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
