E56 OF 2025 By Rose Wanjiku alias Rose Wanjiku Kagume, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Harrison Kaguma Gathaara alias Harrison Kagume Gathaara alias Harry Kagume Gathaara alias Harris Kagume Gathaara, who died at Bamburi, on 15th May, 2021. CAUSE NO. E61 OF 2025 By (1) Atul Savji Parmar alias Atul Parmar and (2) Kirti Atul Parmar, both of P.O. Box 45244–00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the exectors named in the deceased’s last will, for a grant of probate of written will of Savji Vithal Parmar alias Parmar Vithal Savji, who died along Dennis Pritt Road, on 4th November, 2024.
