TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E23 OF 2025 By (1) Miriam Engesa Omolo and (2) David Amanga Omolo, the deceased’s daughter and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Omolo Amanga, who died on 1st September, 2006. CAUSE NO. E26 OF 2025 By Grace Atieno Rabut, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samuel Adada Ondiek, who died on 2nd March, 2024. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
