TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E29 OF 2025 By (1) Juliana Wanjiku Mwirigi and (2) Annrose Wangari Mwirigi, both of P.O. Box 69, Naivasha in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Mwirigi Gichango, who died at Hianyu, on 26th November, 2023. CAUSE NO. E51 OF 2025 By Mary Wangui Mwangi, of P.O. Box 216–20319, South Kinangop in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Paul Mwangi Benard Waithaka, who died at Karangatha, on 14th November, 2024. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
