TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E7 OF 2025 By (1) Rosebeth Karoki Mbogori, (2) Faith Karwira Mutiga and (3) Kenneth Mugambi Koome, all of P.O. Box 63221–0019, Muthaiga in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Koome Nairuti alias James Koome I. Nairuti, who died at Coptic Hospital in Kenya, on 31st October, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
