TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E10 OF 2024 By Deus Kilei Musyoka, of P.O. Box 199, Nunguni in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Bernard Musyoka Nzui, who died on 27th March, 2014. CAUSE NO. E11 OF 2025 By (1) Beatrice Mwikali Nzioki and (2) Theresia Nduku Mutua, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Richard Mutua Makumbi, who died at Lower Kiandani, Machakos, on 26th May, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
