TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E9 OF 2025 By (1) Anne Juma Oruenjo, (2) Gladys Achieng, (3) Betty Akoth Oruenjo and (4) Edwin Omolo Oruenjo, all of P.O. Box 4343–00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the executrices and executor named in the deceased’s last will, through Messrs. Sumba & Co., advocates, for a grant of letters of administration testate to the estate of John Oruenjo Umidha, who died at Mulaha, on 12th September, 2024. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
